This week has mainly involved me lying on the sofa and trying not to be sick but luckily on Wednesday I didn’t feel too bad so we went for lunch at a local farm with Dad2BabyInsomniac’s mum, sister, her two little boys and his brother and girlfriend who are also expecting a baby. The farm also has a play area with tractors, an area for grass sledging and some animals so Iyla loved it.
On Friday morning we went to a 2nd birthday party, it was really nice to see all our friends, then we came back and Dad2BabyInsomniac took Iyla out into the garden where she helped him fix bits onto a car engine! She was so interested in what he was doing, it’s so sweet.
Then at the weekend we spent lots of time in the garden as the weather was so nice. Iyla absolutely loves it out there and the paddling pool and sand pit keep her entertained all day, with the help of a few ice-lollies!

Gorgeous! And I just love her expression in that last time. Glad you’re getting some sunshine over there. Love her little swimsuit.

Awww, great pictures Jess. I can’t believe how grown up Iyla is looking all of a sudden. Sounds like you definitely made the most of the nicer weather this week. And it’s great to see Dad2BabyInsomniac up and about playing in the garden, I bet Iyla loves having him to play with, and it gives you a chance to rest up. X

Aw so cute! H loves the garden too, getting her in is a challenge!
She looks so grown up in that close up one of her in the paddling pool. Sorry you are feeling sick lovely, hope it passes soon. I only had it for two weeks properly this time, although I get it on and off occasionally still! x
