Iyla keeps kissing everything at the moment but the characters from her favourite telly programmes seem to get the most!

Last night I asked Dad2BabyInsomniac to entertain Iyla whilst I did the washing-up but when I looked round the corner he had fallen asleep! I let him off though as he’d brought Iyla down at 6am that morning so I could have a lie-in!

This was taken halfway through our hike around Glastonbury Tor, we went on it with a few of our friends and their babies. We had to borrow their carrier as we don’t have one and I wasn’t sure how Iyla would react to being it as she is a bit old but she was fine. I love the way she looks so relaxed in her slumber despite the fact she is just hanging!

ABOUT ME
My real name is Jess. I am in my late 20's but frequently get mistaken for a teenager. I started blogging after giving birth to my little girl in 2010. She used to be a baby insomniac but she is now a toddler who sleeps through the night, I really should have put more thought into my blog name! I am training to become a massage therapist and in my spare time I write both here and on my other blog - The Perfect Romance Experiment. 
Love it! I wish my baby would sleep like that too.

She is such a sweetheart! The sling one very sweet. I never got the hang of using one with Joel but Jessica loves hers – I wouldn’t leave the house without it!
